Are Squarespace templates free, really?

With all of these “free” templates, keep in mind you still have two unavoidable expenses:

• You will need to purchase a subscription to Squarespace for hosting your site (you can pay month to month, or do it annually).

• You will need to pay an annual domain hosting fee. Usually around $20 per year. I would recommend purchasing your domain through Squarespace because it makes the process smoother.
